SMS Opt-In & Consent

Global Signing Partners (GSP) only sends SMS to people who have explicitly opted in on our website. Below is the exact opt-in language and checkbox a user sees during account creation, the kinds of messages we send, and how anyone can stop or change messaging at any time.

1. Where consent is captured

Replica of the consent checkbox shown to every user during signup. Live at portal.itsgsp.com/signup and /apply.

The checkbox is unchecked by default. Submission is blocked unless the user actively checks it. The signed account record stores the timestamp and the exact disclosure text shown at the time of consent.

2. What we send

Sender

Global Signing Partners (GSP), a US notary signing service.

Message types

  • Order & signing-status notifications (assigned, scheduled, complete, scans uploaded)
  • Deadline reminders (24-hour and 1-hour reminders before signings & scan uploads)
  • Two-factor sign-in codes
  • Customer-service responses to inbound questions

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.

Frequency

Transactional only — typically 2–6 messages per signing order, plus authentication codes when the user signs in. There is no recurring schedule.

Cost

Messages are free from GSP. Standard message and data rates from the recipient's mobile carrier may apply.

GSP: A signing agent (Jane Doe) accepted your order GSP-A4F2K9. Track at portal.itsgsp.com/dashboard. Reply STOP to opt out.
GSP: Signing complete (GSP-A4F2K9). Upload scans by Mar 13 6:00 PM PT. portal.itsgsp.com/notary/assignments. Reply STOP to opt out.
GSP: Your sign-in code is 482193. Expires in 10 minutes. Do not share this code.

4. Opting out & getting help

Reply STOP to any message to immediately stop all SMS from GSP. We will send one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent.

Authenticated users can also turn SMS off at any time inside the portal:
Settings → Notifications → SMS Notifications → None.

5. Privacy & recordkeeping

We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the order and authentication messages described above.

Each opt-in is logged with a timestamp, the IP address of the submission, and the exact disclosure text the user agreed to. We retain this record for the lifetime of the account plus 4 years.
